Revalidation or Extension of Validity of Official Passport
The Philippine Embassy may revalidate or extend the validity of an Official Passport, which is issued to Philippine government officials or employees who are in Thailand on official business.
The requirements are as follows:
- Letter of Request from the applicant;
- Valid passport;
- Photocopy of the passport’s personal data and visa pages. Kindly note that the Embassy does not offer photocopying services;
- Confirmation of request and approval from the Department of Foreign Affairs; and,
- A certification from the sponsor stating that the applicant needs an extension of stay.
