In line with efforts of the Philippine Government to address complaints against indiscriminate off-loading of outbound Filipino passengers at Philippine international airports and seaports, the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) issued a new  set of guidelines, a copy of which can be found below. The Embassy requests that queries, concerns or suggestions about the said guidelines be directed to the Philippine Bureau of Immigration (www.boi.gov.ph).
