The Philippine Embassy is happy to announce that a section of its website is now dedicated to tourism. The drop down menu on tourism includes basic tourism facts about the Philippines, list of festivals and world heritage sites, a link to the Philippine Department of Tourism and the new tourism information portal by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), the DFA Tourist Information Portal (www.dfatip.ph).

The new DFA portal provides a comprehensive guide to tourist sites in the Philippines such as links to various websites containing information about the Philippines and a list of DOT accredited establishments including hotels, travel agencies, and more.

The DFA tourist information portal is made to be user-friendly.
