Early shoppers appreciate Philippine products at the Philippine booth durng the Thai Red Cross Bazaar held on 29 November 2006. The event was part of the Thai Red Cross Society's fund raising programs held annualy in cooperation with the Diplomatic Corps. It was held at the posh Central World Plaza in Bangkok.

Philippine participants wave the Philippine flag at the closing ceremonies of the 1st ASEAN Arts and Crafts Festival held at Bang Sai in Thailand's ancient capital of Ayuthaya on 29 November - 3 December 2006. The festival was one of various events in Thailand commemorating the 60th anniversary of the accession to the throne of His Majesty King Bhumbol Adulyadej, as well as the long-standing contribution to Thai arts and crafts of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit. The Embassy facilitated the participation of a number of Philippine trade exhibitors led by Ms. Cora Jacob.
