Jose De Venecia, Jr., Speaker of the House of Representatives, during the latter's arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport on 1 July 2007. Speaker De Venecia arrived in the Thai capital after his official trip to Equatorial Guinea as member of the high-level delegation which accompanied H.E. President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on her State Visit to the West African republic on 26 June 2007. The Secretary (center) was accompanied by his wife, Madam Rosie Lovely Romulo (3rd-L), Mr. Evan P. Garcia (2nd-R) and other DFA officials.
