The transfer ceremonies were held at Villamor Air Base.


Agriculture Secretary Luis Lorenzo (left in picture) visited Thailand on 29 August 2003. He met with Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister Sora-at Klinpratoom to explore new areas for strengthening bilateral cooperation in agriculture. Secretary Lorenzo also visited the Royal Projects at Chitralada Palace.

The officers of the Association of Filipinos in Thailand - Northeast Chapter with then Secretary Blas Ople and Ambassador Brady at the Regent Chiang Mai Resort on 20 June 2003. Secretary Ople was in the city for the 2nd Asia Cooperation Dialogue Ministerial Meeting on 21-22 June 2003.


Ambassador Antonio Rodriguez called on Thai FM Surakiart Sathirathai on 17 Nov 2003 to exchange views on the state of RP-Thai relations. They noted that relations had been greatly advanced by the excellent rapport between Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and PM Thaksin Shinawatra/
